FAQs

What exactly is a Lifestyle coach?

A professional who helps people to take charge of their health and well-being. With a focus on positive health, they shift the attention from illness and treatment to vitality and prevention. Clients are encouraged to take ownership of their journey and make healthier lifestyle choices. Beyond quick wins, the true goal is lasting, sustainable change.

How is lifestyle coaching different from life coaching?

A life coach helps you with big-picture goals like personal growth, mindset, confidence, and navigating major life transitions. A lifestyle coach focuses more on your daily habits (fitness, nutrition, sleep, and stress) to improve your overall quality of life. While they can overlap, life coaches guide your direction, and lifestyle coaches optimize your routine.

Is it the same as working with a dietitian or a personal trainer?

Not exactly, but there are similarities. While dietitians focus on nutrition and personal trainers on exercise, lifestyle coaching brings these elements together with other key factors such as sleep, stress, and mindfulness.

The approach is holistic: making small, sustainable changes across different areas of life that, together, create lasting health benefits.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching is a practical, future-oriented form of guidance that helps people unlock their potential and take ownership of change. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing the past and addressing deeper emotional or psychological issues, coaching emphasizes the here and now and how to move forward.

Who is lifestyle coaching for?

For anyone who wants to make changes to their lifestyle: more energy, healthier eating, better sleep, more movement, less stress, more balance…
