About me
My name is Levi Delva. I was born in West Flanders, but since 2019 I’ve proudly called Brussels my home. I enjoy staying active through CrossFit, running, swimming, and occasionally yoga & bouldering. I love cooking my own meals, going out with friends, and reading books to unwind.
Caring for others has always been a part of who I am. And I’ve always enjoyed being close to people and offering support when it comes to health. My interest in chemistry and biology naturally led me to pursue a career in pharmaceutical care.
As a pharmacist in Brussels, I’m used to being part of the first line of care and to help people with their immediate needs. Through my coaching education, I want to build on that role and make a deeper impact on the lifestyle of those who struggle with it.
Personal experiences
I’ve personally experienced the powerful effects of lifestyle change. I’ve lived with gut health problems for several years, and after dealing with severe symptoms, I decided to take action. I started with managing my stress. I then continued with closely paying attention to my nutrition and discovered which foods were triggering my symptoms. Since then, I’ve been living almost symptom-free, something I never thought possible.
I also worked with a coach to help me become more active. I was stuck in an unhealthy routine that left me feeling dissatisfied and unhappy. Reaching out to a nearby coach and investing in my health was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I still use the knowledge I got during that time every day.
my Approach
I aim to create a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe. Everything that is shared is held in full confidence. My approach is built on empathy, kindness, openness, mutual respect, and integrity. I believe real change happens when we feel supported without judgment and when we’re encouraged to take small steps toward a more balanced life.
Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Care since 2019 from KU Leuven. After graduating, I worked as an adjunct pharmacist at Apotheek Dansaert in Brussels for more than five years.
Since May 2025, I’ve been training as a Lifestyle Coach at ACL in Rotterdam, alongside other healthcare providers. This program, which I’ll complete in June 2026, allows me to combine my medical background with a more holistic and preventive approach to well-being.
a healthy lifestyle as a powerful medicine
I strongly believe we should start viewing a healthy lifestyle as first-line medicine. In the pharmacy, I witness how little attention this receives and how little space there is for deeper dialogue. Time is short, and the focus is often on quick fixes and relieving symptoms.
My background in pharmaceutical science, combined with my training as a lifestyle coach, allows me to align the traditional care with lifestyle-based approaches. I want to guide, coach, and motivate people. Not just to ease their symptoms, but to strengthen their health in a sustainable way.
